Nikki is new to the construction industry. Nikki comes to Double Jay after 23 years in education working 17 years as an art and graphic design teacher and 8 years as a school administrator. She brings her artistic background and her experience of working with and managing hundreds of people, to our company in hopes of being an asset with marketing and human resources.
Nikki is a 1993 graduate of Troy High School in Troy Ohio. She received a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts from Ohio University in 1997. After many years as an educator, Nikki went on to get her Masters in Administration as well as a Principal’s License and Superintendent’s License from the University of Dayton.
Leaving education behind, but not the lessons learned, Nikki will tackle much of the behind the scenes work that it takes to run a long standing company.
